Do you supply pointer boards?

We have a number of relationship with companies who specialise in manufacturing signage such as pointer and auction this day boards. We can organise quotes on your behalf or we do have Agreements where we will fund the cost of your stock. Please contact us to find out more.

How will I know when and where my pointer boards are installed?

The Pointer People provide a report to you every week. That report details exactly where your boards have been installed.

Do you take the boards down?

Yes – our fee includes the removal of the boards when the property has sold.

Do you get permission to install boards on corners?

The Pointer People always seek permission to place boards on private property. We find this minimises any complaints and is a projects a positive image for your brand.

How do you fix boards on properties that have given permission?

Depending on what we are fixing to, we use a combination of stakes, cable ties and double sided tape always taking care to choose the best way of fixing without causing any damage.

How much notice do you require to put up boards?

Our service guarantee means that we will try to obtain to permission to install boards within 48 hours of receiving your order.

What time do you put out auction boards & flags

All our auctions are setup by 7.30am.

How do we send you an order?

We have full integration with most real estate software such as Campaign Track. We also have our own online ordering system or you can simply send us an email.

Do you offer inducements to home owners to install boards?

Most people are happy to assist their neighbour in selling their home. However if asked, we do offer a couple of token scratchies.

How will I be invoiced?

The Pointer People invoice on the 1st of every month. Our payment terms are 30 days. We accept EFT or cheque.
